Purchasing Changes
Changes to Purchase Orders
Effective January 31, 2005, the TVDSB will be changing the look of
the Purchase Orders in order to make delivery and invoicing
information clearer for our vendors. Should you have any questions
on the purchase orders please refer them to our customer service number
519-452-2514.
Changes to our Bid Process
Effective February 15th, 2005, the purchasing department will be
making changes to the distribution of new bid documents. We will no
longer be sending out "hard copies" of the documentation as has been the practice in the past.
Vendors who
are interested in responding to bids will be required to
"download" from our website bids to which they wish to
respond. Notification of "new"
bids on the website will be sent via "fax" to all registered
bidders. Questions on the new process can be directed to our customer
